Life is Good!!!

Well Life is sure good! To have a nice big basket full of wool to lay in ..is a soft and comfy bed-- this is where Pinky has made her bed... so I had to cover my wool with a towel. I went to the humane society last year in May and found this adorable little tabby cat that was 8 months old and had already had a litter of kittens. She was so tiny... i thought oh my goodness.. she is so young.. and when i went out the door.. i had two boxes.. one with Pinky in it of course and one with one of her little female kittens who hubby named Layla in it. Then we went straight to the vet... no more kittens for either one! But Pinky is sure enjoying where she ended up! If there is such a thing as reincarnation... I want to come back as a cat in a good home! Hugs, Folksie Linda

Well she is just a doll.. actually i found that funny that you said that Pam... because I call her my china doll! She is very pleased with her new home and I am pleased that I had found her that day and was able to keep her. She is so tiny.. weights 5 1/2 lbs. Vee, you were so lucky to have those kitties so long.. i dream of mine too ...so don't feel weird about it. I had a tabby that lived till 15 yrs. and got cancer so we had to lay him down.. I have princess who i found outside in below 0 weather and found out the people had moved and left her behind. I was on my way to work at the lab so when i came home, i sent my girls out to look for her. She was with us until she was 19 and then Lucky just found us coming home one night and followed us in and stayed.. he would eat pepperonchni? I'm not sure how to spell that. He lived with us until he was 17 then his kidneys went and that was that. I don't recall ever not having a cat in my life. My mother is a cat lover too. I can tell you this.. that little Pinky is sure spoiled! Hugs, Linda

Hi Linda,
Love that Pinky story!! My little Rosa is also a gray tabby and just a wee 5 lbs or so (sometimes I refer to her as "5 pounds of terror" in the most loving way of course, when she decides to wake us up at promptly 5:55am on weekdays!)
People always mistake her for a kitten (she is a 14 yo senior!). Now you must show us a pic of Pinky's daughter! Do you still have her?
